*Role: Oracle iStore BA** ** Number of Positions * 2. One contract. One contract-to-hire. Location: WI, Appleton rate : $55/hr -$60/hr Duration: 6 months* US Citizen or Greencard only for role that is contract to hire * Face-to-Face: May be required after phone screen. Cost for f2f assumed to be covered by candidate *ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Troubleshoot application issues reported by both internal and external customers/users; develop and implement solutions in coordination with application development, business users, Oracle Support and other resources. * Perform configuration of the iStore module within Oracle E-Business Suite 11i. * Support legacy systems through their replacement and retirement. * Coordinate with business owners and IT professionals on a project basis to deploy new business process improvement projects. This includes working with technical resources to respond to questions during development cycle and unit testing as well as performing functional testing prior to coordinating user acceptance testing with functional business associates. * Support customer and supplier EDI in coordination with external vendor partner(s) * Analyze, interpret, and make recommendations in the form of formal proposals and / or presentations to senior executives *SKILLS SPECIFICALLY REQUIRED:** * * Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years experience in business analysis. * Working knowledge of Oracle configurations / setups for 11i E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, specific toiStore or setups that impact iStore functionality (Order Management, Customer Data, Advanced Pricing, Item Data) or equivalent experience with other ERP eCommerce applications. * Ability to understand technical table structures and to research data in those structures using tools such as SQL and PL/SQL to resolve issues. *PREFERRED SKILLS:* * Working knowledge of Oracle configurations / setups for 11i E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, specific to iSupplier or setups that impact iSupplier functionality. * Experience customizing the iStore module for B2B and B2C use. * Experience working with technical/development resources. * Experience formulating and implementing test strategies. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a resource-constrained environment. * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to build and maintain credibility with internal customers * Ability to work with both technical and business resources to gather information, resolve issues, and make recommendations.
