- This position provides server side support of the Cognos Enterprise
Reporting Software and Infrastructure.
- This position is not for a Cognos Developer. We are just finishing up an
upgrade to Cognos 10.2.2.
Job Description:
- Subject Matter Expert in the following Technologies: (7-10 years) IBM
Cognos
Enterprise
Reporting Solution.
- This is a Cognos Administration position on server side (not report
development). Linux Admin and OS, Application Integration.
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills, Solid technical
background with a solution-based approach, excellent oral and written
communication skills, technical writing skills, Customer focused with a
strong commitment to managing timelines.
- Demonstrable skills at handling multiple high-visible projects.
Understand Service Levels and meeting or exceeding on a Monthly basis.
- Understanding components of Application Integration for quick resolution.
Managing input queue of Service Requests within Target Date.
- Responding to critical service interruptions as quickly as possible to
reach resolution and eliminate downtime
