Job Title: Lead Business Systems Analyst Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 months *Location : Walker, MI* *Job Description* · Sr. Business Analyst to participate on their Digital Shopping store fulfillment team. · In this role, the Business Analyst will work as a part of PMO and within a cross functional SAFe Agile team environment responsible for defining, building and testing solutions for its Curbside application within iterations of sprints & program increments. · The Business Analyst will be working in an agile environment with the business and technical teams to expand business requirements into definable user stories with associated acceptance criteria and system comps. · Within this role the Business Analyst will lead meetings, map current and future processes and provide feedback to the business and technical teams. · The project is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our backend store fulfillment processes for Meijer Curbside. *Tasks include: * Leading meetings to ensure full understanding of the overall effort, assist in the documentation of requirements (including data entry into TFS, and fulfilling the lead role. As the lead for other sub-projects, this Individual will have to facilitate discussion/requirement gathering sessions, work with partners *I *teams to identify and remediate downstream impacts, and complete documentation to ensure smooth transition to our development team. *Required Skills:* Lead experience is Must 7-8 years of Business System Analysis experience Extensive and recent SAFe Agile experience (Scaled Agile Framework) PMO and Project management experience Experience with process mapping Extensive experience with iterations and sprints (Agile Methodology) Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server) Experience with MS Project, MS Office Atleast one project with Retail client *Skill Matrix* Total Experience: BSA Experience: Experience in LEAD BSA Capacity: (List years and clients) PMO & Project Management: Process mapping experience: Safe Agile Framework (SAFe Agile Methodology): Experience with Sprints & Iterations, Story Board sessions: MS office: MS project: MS Team Foundation Server (TFS): Process mapping experience : Retail experience : List years / clients Thanks $ Regards Shilpa Gaba Technical Recruiter Sage Group Consulting,Inc.
