8+ years of experience in Cognos.
1+ year of Cognos 10.x experience.
1+ year experience building Cognos cubes
1+ year experience building a Cognos data warehouse that uses cubes, data
marts, data models, and reports.
At least one complete Cognos implementation including, installing,
configuring, and tuning Cognos architecture that is distributed over
multiple servers.
1+ year experience with a project migration from another data warehouse
tool to Cognos.

Experience using Cognos with Oracle databases.
Experience with the new features and functions of Cognos 10.2.
These IBM Cognos Certifications (Note: The consultant may have earned the
certification in Cognos 8.): IBM Certified Solution
Expert - Cognos BI IBM certified Administrator
Cognos 10 BI IBM Certified Developer
Cognos 10 BI Metadata Models IBM Certified Developer
Cognos 10 BI OLAP Models IBM
Certified Designer- Cognos 10 BI Reports IBM Certified Designer-
Cognos 10 BI Multidimensional Reports Additional Knowledge/Experience
