Job Title: *Technical Business Analyst* Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 months *Location : El Segundo, CA* ob Description: The Technical Business Analyst (TBA) will take part in a multi-million dollar project for one of our largest client in the media industry, working on an international level. The TBA is a key functional role responsible for establishing detailed system requirements for variety of applications used. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking individual who is analytical and detailed oriented. They will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and working with multiple development teams, internal and external business partners, business analysts, and project managers. · Works with Business Owners and Development to define and document business rules and requirements for systems development and/or implementation . · Actively participate in requirements intake and planning sessions, business process reviews and functional walkthroughs. · Help the Business understand the technology. Help developers understand the requirements. Help testers understand what should be tested. · Identifies and manages stakeholder expectations, Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Develop clear and concise sub-system requirements from high level system requirements, Work closely with developers and QA teams (both on-site and offshore) to ensure the deliverables’ quality fit with the business needs. · Produce technical documents, reference materials, presentations. *Qualifications* · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering · 4-7 years of relative business analysis experience · Willingness to travel ,Client engagement experience from a consultant/vendor perspective · Experience with software outsourcing of international projects · The analytical ability needed to thoroughly elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify and manage the needs of the project stakeholders. · Technical writing comprehension and excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills. · Other abilities such as negotiation, presentation, professionalism, and coordinating with teams in different time zones. · Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
