Must be an expert with Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle report building skills. Must have extensive Oracle technical knowledge and experience (Application schema, SQL, Oracle tables and views) to be able to independently evaluate business requirements without having to rely on Functional team, work diligently to translate business requirements. Must have previous project cycle work experience in the requirement definition, design, development and testing of Oracle technical solutions. Must have previous experience performing development work with a CMMI Level 3 certified or equivalent project and be familiar with all processes and compliance requirements. Must have the skills to document and generate the associated technical design, requirements, development, code and architecture documentation. Must be a self starter and must take ownership and accountability to be able to manage the assigned work by themselves with minimal supervision.
