Job Title: *Business Analyst ( Financial an credit card EXP. )* Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 months *Location : Wilmington DE ( Face to Face )* Job Description: Client is actively seeking *Business Analyst *to support several financial related projects with one of our clients in Wilmington, DE. *DETAILS: * · Work as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate features for new functionality. · Supports the PM in the creation of the project requirements to ensure scope and feature groups are clearly identified and defined. · Participates in Progressive Elaboration sessions to document features and stories with the tech teams. Ensuring clear descriptions which will allow traceability · Design requirements with task and workflow analysis, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and business analysis · Confer with business customers to analyze needs and requirements. · Deliver the following to customers: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs) · Use enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems. · Confer with project managers to define concepts. · Meet with business units to discuss execution of plans · Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements · Act as liaison between customers and the software development team · Use natural language to develop requirements specifications · Help establish technical vision · Identify, analyze, and document business requirements · Deliver work products throughout the project life cycle *EXPERIENCE:* · A minimum of 5-7 years' experience · Excellent written and oral communication · Experience in banking industry · Ability to understand, analyze & document complex processes, features and stories · Ability to document software design · Knowledge of software development processes · Knowledge of software maintenance process · Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical abilities · Familiarity with Scrum techniques and Agile methodology · 4 year college degree or equivalent · Experience in credit card industry · Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or other similar role Thanks $ Regards Shilpa Gaba Technical Recruiter Sage Group Consulting,Inc.
