Creation where the consultant was involved in the entire lifecycle of the

MapIT software where the consultant was involved in the installation of 3rd
party applications and/or the installation of GIS/Mapping applications in a
MOSS/WSS 2003 or 2007 environment.

Work to be Performed:

TASK 1: Custom Workflow Integration
• Existing Sharepoint list data needs to be moved from list to list based on
user-initiated actions. Currently, there are some instances of duplicate
data entry that need to be addressed via sharepoint workflow development.
>From a user’s perspective, the workflow looks like this: LEAP lead 
Waitlist Client  Wx Job  Rebate. All data is currently captured in custom
Sharepoint web-forms and stored in Sharepoint lists.
o LEAP prospective client to waitlist client – each record in the Sharepoint
“LEAP” list needs to be portable to the Sharepoint “Waitlist” list, which
will involve automatically creating a waitlist client based on existing data
in the LEAP list
o Waitlist client to Weatherization (Wx) Job – upon completion/close-out of
information entered into the weatherization job, status column in waitlist
needs to automatically change to “closed”.
o Wx Job to Rebate – allow partners to auto-fill applicable fields in the
rebate form from the Wx Job list based on the electric or gas utility
selected in the jobs form.
• DELIVERABLE: (3) Custom workflows tested and signed off on by GEO staff
and portal stakeholders, well documented and fully functional.

TASK 2: Infopath Form Creation
• This task consists of entering/updating an existing sharepoint list with
125 columns of data entry through a published infopath form (assume all
client computers have MS Infopath 2007 installed).
• Translate current, static sharepoint web form for entering a Wx Job into a
dynamic, Infopath form. Features that will need to be included are:
auto-hide/unhide fields based on a check box, application-layer constraints
that prohibit the user from entering in invalid numbers/text, and displaying
simple calculations (calculated column) in real-time as the user completes
the form.
• DELIVERABLE: (1) dynamic form in Infopath, served up by Sharepoint
extranet.

TASK 3: Install and Configure MAPIT Software
• Purchase of one farm license of ESRI’s MAPIT software to be installed on
GEO (State of Colorado) Sharepoint Farm.
• Work closely with GEO (and possibly State of Colorado Office of
Information Technology) to install software using standard best practices.
o Make GEO aware of any potential installation/configuration issues
• Deploy MAPIT against 3-4 unique Sharepoint lists including both previously
geo-coded addresses and unscrubbed addresses.
o Custom development as necessary to achieve look and feel desirable to GEO
stakeholders
• DELIVERABLE: Fully functional MAPIT software installed and integrated with
GEO Sharepoint Farm
