*WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS*



A Senior Solaris Systems Administrator with five or more years experience
with Sun Solaris Systems.

Experience in creating and troubleshooting complex Boerne and K-Shell
scripts. Perl a plus.

Hands on experiences with open source systems monitoring tools such as
Hobbit, xymon, Big Brother, or Nagios and adding additional

monitoring scripts through scripting.

Experience with Solaris O/S patching and Firmware patches and establishing
methodologies for patch rollouts.

Experience with additional Solaris implementation of Zones, LDOMS, ZFS
filesystems, storage pools, snaps, clones, and containers.

Experience with Symantec Storage Foundation Suite, Solaris Disk Suite,
Volume Manager, and Veritas Clusters.



*Additional Experience with the following commercial monitoring packages is
a plus:* I3, Wily, ITCAM.

Experience with setting up Secure File Transfer Methods for data transfers
using SSL-FTP or SFTP.

Experience troubleshooting Network related issues and the administrator
needs to have a solid understanding of vlans, routers, switches, firewalls,
and access control lists.

Strong Troubleshooting and Problem Identification Skills are needed to
assist teams with problem resolution. Must possess the ability of working
with multiple Teams in a large scale environment

*III.       TERM OF SERVICE*

Services expect to start approximately June 14, 2010 and are expected to be
completed by August 31, 2010.  Total estimated Worker hours shall not exceed
456 hours per worker.  This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended
providing both parties agree to do so in writing.



*IV.          WORK HOURS AND LOCATION*

A.     Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless
otherwise coordinated through the HHSC. Normal business hours are Monday
through Friday from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when
the agency is closed.
