QA(Rational rose) with Test Manager Skills (4 positions)
Location : Philadelphia, PA
Rate : Max $40
This is a Government Project, selected Candidates has to go through Security
clearance.
Responsibilities:
1. Gather and document the detailed business requirements in form of a
traceable, testable and verifiable format.
2. Apply use cases to fully ascertain the functionality of the system
changes.
3. Guide the business to make the appropriate decisions to reach a
positive impact to the technology solution.
3. Develop and execute system test plans and define workflow for all
assigned projects.
4. Map business processes and help to define QA tests with the Quality
Assurance team.
5. Work closely with all IT Managers involved with the project.
6. Work closely with the business users in identifying business rules.
7. Extensive use of the system development life cycle.
8. Provide mentoring to other business analysts.
Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
1. Strong knowledge of Rational Rose(UML Modeling) and Test Manager
Skills.
2. Minimum of 5 -8 years BA experience.
3. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) a plus.
4. Analyzes business processes/functions.
5. Gathers detailed business requirements.
6. Has extensive experience working under a structured SDLC.
7. Has experience with Use Case design/analysis/specifications.
