Looking for a Test Lead at onsite US to handle Manual, Automation,
Performance, Regression testing project in a dynamic working environment.
Should have worked in onsite offshore model with rich client handling
experience. Should be able to support offshore team from onsite in extended
hours.
*Job Responsibilities*:
· Define and maintain the Test strategy/plan, test scenarios, test
scripts
· Prepare maintain and distribute RTM, RAID log, different Testing
metrics
· Manage day to day project deliverables along with test team
members at offshore and onsite
· Review project testing artefacts prepared by team members
· Good experience in HP ALM, Automation testing (Selenium) is
preferred
· Excellent communication skills for co-ordination with all the
project stakeholders including business
· Test project reporting to stakeholders
