*Title: Facets Business Analyst* *Location: San Francisco, CA* *Duration: Long-Term * *An ideal candidate will have* a. *3 years of FACETS experience* b. *1+ years of experience in EDI* c. *Worked with one or more Healthcare company.* · Bachelor’s degree in computer science and 3 - 5 years of experience in a systems analyst role or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field\role Possess strong problem solving, analysis and diagnostic skills · Proficient working in collaborative, cross functional work teams comprised of business and technology participants and internal and external vendor partner resources · Experience using software development life-cycle methodology like (such as Agile, RUP, waterfall) · Experience in Healthcare Provider and network pricer · Ability to understand carrier EDI or data companion guidelines. Proven ability to manage complex technology projects · Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of personnel including, but not limited to peers and Senior Management. 3 – 5 years of experience with Facets · Health plan operations experience in one re more areas: enrollment and billing, claims and benefits, network management, medical policy and utilization management ,provide and network pricer desired · Experience with complex workflows or business processes · Proficient in MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio) Knowledge of SQL, ETL scripts, Java, .Net is preferred · Self-directed and adaptive to changing priorities Regards..
