*Job description:*
Client is seeking a Senior BPM Application Developer with design and
development experience to contribute toward the success of our technology
initiatives. The candidate will perform and/or lead the technical design
and development of application systems using the IBM BPM (Lombardi)
platform, designing, coding, testing, implementing and documenting
solutions. Additionally, the candidate will estimate and define time tables
and project tasks and lead change impact analysis, create and review unit
and test plans, and identify opportunities to improve testing process.
* Roles/Responsibilities:*
The *Sr. BPM developer* will be part of the *Technology and Operations
Services (TOS)* Wealth Management development services team, located in
Richfield, MN.
· Leads/participates in development, coding, testing, installation and
support of new or enhance Lombardi BPM workflow processes.
· Work with architect and project team to create or update technical
specifications
· Build, maintain and test changes to Lombardi BPM workflow processes.
Create, review and perform unit test plans.
· Drive Lombardi business playback sessions
· Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot and implement enhancements to
existing workflow processes or interfaces.
· Maintain good source control, ensure that development efforts are
consistent with enterprise standards and best practices.
*Desired Skills and Experience*
*Basic Qualifications*
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Degree preferably in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Math or related area
· At least *3 years’ experience with Lombardi or similar BPM platforms.*
· At least *6 years’ experience developing, implementing and supporting
applications.*
· At least *3 years’ experience with MS SQL Server databases.*
*Preferred Skills/Experience:*
· 3-5 years of experience in at least two of the following areas*:
JavaScript, JSP, SQL, UI development, HTML, .net, object oriented
application development, XML*.
· Object oriented development experience using agile development
methodology
· Experience in building, testing, implementing and supporting
applications.
· Experience with SQL Server, stored procedures. SQL Server 2008 preferred.
