*Duration: 6 Month possibility of extension* · 10 plus years of IT Experience · 5 plus years’ experience as a BA · Lead BA experience · Would be part of BA Mentor Program but would report into the portfolio manager they are working with · Need to have Passive Aggressive attitude · Be able to elicit requirements · Conduct JAD Sessions · Good Leadership and mentor skills – 1-2 years of mentoring skill experience · Have worked multi-million dollar projects (Preferably $10 million plus) · Experience working onshore/offshore model · Business Process Flow experience · Good Oral and Written Communication · Strong Analytical Background · Does not have to have airline experience, but is a nice to have.
