  Key Skills :  • Multiple years of working in an SAP environment (applications) and solid familiarity with the methodologies, terminology, and environment. • 8-10+ years of experience - Expert Level • Proven experience driving agile systems project development and leading the scrum process and understanding of all phases of the development lifecycle including: scoping, design, construction, integration, and testing • Scrum Master certification (first level: CSM, PSM I; second level desired: CSP, PSM II) • Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3-5 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  Experience :  10 Years
