*Handle network escalation (20%)- fulfill network requests (40%) and be a
resource on projects (something is broken, help fix it, change requests,
and large term projects) – 40%  Data center technology-CISCO and access;
Load balancing F5; firewall- CISCO & ASA. Office excel, etc *
A typical work day is a mix of service request fulfillment, short to long
term project work, and development of network infrastructure tools.
Interaction with many different partners in the company should be expected
through both meetings as email.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to
the following:
- Deploys network infrastructure technology for both net new and lifecycle
deployments
- Participates in cross-functional project teams, providing technical
expertise to the project and ensuring project deployment success.
- Performs capacity and resource utilization analysis for operational and
budget planning.
- Plans, tests, documents and implements regular or special maintenance
activities for client hardware, software and associated layer products, to
meet system service level agreements.
- Provides second- and third-level problem resolution for local and wide
area (LAN/WAN) enterprise network and performs analysis of fault and
problem management information. Provides recommendations and solutions to
improve the operating environment.
