Experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite of Applications 8.1 &
9.0 Experience using BMC Remedy Developer Studio, Atrium Integrator, DMT,
and Data Wizard tools Configure/use/administer the Remedy Service Request
to automate the intake and reporting of work requests Perform Remedy
administration and support for Client Remedy users Experience upgrading the
Remedy environment.
Should have Custom Development experience with AR System Smart Reporting
report and dashboard development a plus
