-Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
-Solid technical background with a solution-based approach, excellent oral
and written communication skills, technical writing skills.
-Customer focused with a strong commitment to managing timelines.
-Demonstrable skills at handling multiple high-visible projects.
-Understand Service Levels and meeting or exceeding on a Monthly basis.
Understanding components of Application Integration for quick resolution.
-Managing input queue of Service Requests within Target Date.
-Responding to critical service interruptions as quickly as possible to
reach resolution and eliminate downtime.
