*Required Skills:*

   - Full life cycle development experience
   - Experience managing development teams of >6 FTE's
   - Development management experience in the following environment
   versions:
   - PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
   - Grants & Project Costing experience bonus
   - PeopleTools 8.55.X
   - Oracle Databases (12c ideal but 11 OK)
   - Experience driving strategic development direction with the following
   tools:
   - Application Designer
   - PeopleCode
   - SQR
   - Application Engines
   - Applications Packages
   - Integration Broker
   - File Layouts
   - BI Publisher
   - PS Query
   - SQL Scripting and Stored Procedures (PL/SQL ideal)
   - Excellent communication and documentation skills
   - Experience creating and reporting out team status at multiple levels
   of detail based on audience.
   - Experience with development tracking and migrations tools such as
   PHIRE.
   - Experience working as a part of larger teams made up of several
   different SI's.  Has demonstrated the ability to work between these teams
   and manage multiple

• Exadata experience (Bonus)

*Responsibilities:*
The development lead will be responsible for the technical design, build,
unit testing and documentation of all required development based on
requirements.  They will also be responsible for the process to track and
report out on the status of development progress, risks, issues, decisions
and accomplishments.  The development lead will be responsible for the
creation of all necessary development strategies including but not limited
to the development standards and approach, conversion approach, integration
approach.  The development leas will need to work seamlessly with both the
functional and technical teams as well as the client.
