| Key Skills : | • Hosts Technical Advisory Board (TAB) • Hosts Change Advisory Board (CAB) • Hosts Client Configuration Change Meeting to present planned changes to client. • Ensure all Configuration Change Requests (CCRs) are properly prepared and vetted prior to presentation to client. • Attends Daily Configuration Management Control Board, ensuring Ops and Apps tracks are aligned to support daily activities impacting client facing environments. • Attends Weekend Activities Coordination meetings to ensure weekend CCRs are included in planned maintenance and change activities. • Compiles weekly CCR results report for delivery to Ops and Apps management by 8am each Monday. • Ensures Configurable Items (CIs), including Transition to Operations information are captured and communicated as part of CR implementation. • Knowledge of Change Management best practices including those described in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). • Excellent communication skills • Ability to be self-driven • “Can do” attitude • Strong people skills. |
