*Duration: 12 Months*





*Skills:*

·         Familiarity with formal Change Management, Problem Management and
Incident Management Processes as per ITIL and Service Now

·         Excellent problem solving and written/verbal communication
skills? Strong problem-solving skills are essential.

·         Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutio

·         To work as Onsite co-coordinator and coordinate with an offshore
team for redesign/re-architect of application

·         Gather the requirement from the client and review the requirement
documents for feasibility

·         Understand the requirement from client and explain to offshore
team?

·         Help offshore team in any technical issues?

·         Work with deployment team/infrastructure team to move the code
across various environments?

·         Outage management and planning?

·         Lead all the activities assigned to him/her for respective
application

·         Architectural design reviews, including alignment with future
state architecture, evaluation of technology alternatives, cost impact
analyses and consistency across Information Systems

·         Work as per ITIL processes
