*Job Description::*
- The qlikview reporting analyst will provide solution architecture for hr
data & business intelligence solutions; specifically, qlikview.
- They will be using peoplesoft reporting tables to build an environment
linked to qlikview, then developing the reports based on business
requirements.
- Extensive qlikview and peoplesoft reporting is a requirement
*Summary:*- This individual needs to understand the hr data model and
create solutions to solve business problems.
- Development and maintenance of real-time and historical hr reports, and
coordinating closely between business operations and is development teams
to ensure the creation and delivery of a high quality data model and
architecture.
- Enable operations management at all levels to use business intelligence
reporting and analytics technologies in a self-service manner
*Responsibilities:*- Provides management support to the human resource
function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and
predictive analytics
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze
enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed
- Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources
data sets, reports, and metrics.
- Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics development
- Collaborates with subject matter experts across the hr teams and coe’s
(learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity,
compliance, etc.)
- Partners with other business intelligence architects (as required) to
continue to develop and evolve our advanced analytics
*Required qualifications:*- Advanced experience with the business
intelligence solution qlikview
- Advanced experience working with core hr solutions (specifically
peoplesoft version 9.0 or greater) hr data
- Extensive qlikview and peoplesoft reporting is a requirement
- Qlikview and peoplesoft development experience
