The analyst will have exceptional functional knowledge of planning in configure-to-order and make-to-stock manufacturing environments in the area of expertise. The incumbent will work to understand complex business needs and processes and to act as a liaison between the Business Analyst and technical teams / external partners. They are responsible for understanding business processes, designing configuration solutions, assisting with the documentation of requirements, and coordinating communication among IS teams and Partners for critical and complex projects. Individuals in this position have an understanding of business processes, experience working with multiple technologies, and have demonstrated the ability to work with Partners and IS Teams. *Qualifications & experience:* • Minimum 8 years of professional experience is required • Knowledge of medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry and basic knowledge of adjacent areas in terms of processes, organization, products and IS requirements • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion, rather than relying entirely on command and control. • Experience documenting complex processes and presenting them in a clear and understandable format is required. • Experience understanding, evaluating, and recommending changes to business processes are required. • Experience on JDE E1, v8.0 is required. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. • Demonstrated ability to build trusting relationships required. • Previous experience in a lead role in large ERP implementations or upgrade preferred. • Experience with IBM Midrange iSeries/AS400 preferred. • Experience in ERP project implementation is preferred. -- *Thanks and Regards..* *Zulfiqar Ahmed* *Nityo Infotech* *E-mail*: [email protected] *Contact No:* 609-378-1246 (Direct No) Website : www.nityo.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
