*Qualifications: *
* • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with 5+ yrs.
professional experience in web / application technology, ideally working
for an investment management firm. • Hands-on experience and strong
working knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), specifically in the
Authoring environment • Through work as a dedicated member of a scrum
team, have a strong working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology. 2+
years’ experience is preferred. • Strong written, verbal, and
interpersonal communication skills with ability to negotiate and influence
critical decisions • Ability to write clear and concise business
requirements for enterprise wide initiatives • Ability to present
technical concepts in business terms when eliciting, validating and
prioritizing requirements • Ability to effectively prioritize and
execute tasks under tight deadlines • Proven analytical skills and
demonstrated ability to make independent decisions • Proven
ability to develop creative solutions to meet business needs •
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff at all organizational
levels. • Self-motivated individual who has the ability to work
well in a challenging, fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative team
environment. *
*Desired Qualifications:*
* • Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and WebTrends •
Experience with JIRA for scrum story management and Confluence Wiki
for documenting supporting requirements • Experience working on
web-based projects that fulfill a regulatory requirement • Marketing
background preferred, but not required • Experience managing all
phases of a code push cycle for web-based releases • Familiar with
organizing / implementing training programs and the creation of training
guides • BSA experience as a member of a larger team that was
responsible for the design, development, implementation and testing of
corporate web site properties, for both the desktop and mobile platforms •
Familiarity with user experience best practices that include but are
not limited to prototyping, research methods, usability testing, human
factors design, and localization / globalization • Experience with
Teamsite content management system*
