Responsibilities: . Complete candidate management including pipeline recruiting, pre-employment references, and ongoing relationship maintenance of existing candidates . Negotiate compensation and other employment terms with candidates . Understand of Onsite/Offshore recruitment. . Technically qualify skills and experience of candidates by interviewing, technically testing performance . Evaluating candidates fit and abilities for particular positions . Thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews by having an in-depth knowledge of client company, position, initiatives and business strategy of the organization . Thoroughly prepare and debrief candidates through each stage of the interview process. . Document all work in company database system. . Source passive and active candidates for requirements . Utilize and remain current with proactive sourcing and recruiting techniques and strategies. Employ all aspects in daily recruiting. Requirements: . Minimum of 3 - 5 years recruiting technical candidates with expertise recruiting Developers (Documentum, Java, .NET, etc.), Project Leads, Business Analysts, Tech Leads. . Must be able to work independently. . Demonstrated commitment to teamwork. . Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, metrics-driven environment. . Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization. . Strong organizational, time management and relationship building skills. . Ability to source a diverse range of applicants, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management, and due diligence . Exceptional telephone, interviewing, and relationship building skills, and the ability to close offers. . Results-oriented, success-driven personality. .
