You will monitor enterprise wide application performance using APM, NPM, UEM, and synthetic transaction services. Job Responsibilities: • Advocate the use of APM by interacting with development, infrastructure and operations support teams. • Govern the use and consumption APM services • Assist consumers of APM services in interpreting output and reports • Build application performance measurements, develop rules, and instrument tools • Makes technical recommendations on application performance improvement initiatives and other application monitoring • Toolset configuration and administration including patching and version upgrades • Identify problem trends proactively • Configure APM, NPM, UEM and synthetic transaction tools to monitor and optimize application performance • Establish automated performance monitoring, processes and alerts on overall application health to senior-level management Resume of the resource who was in there before.
