Must have experience in *E-COMMERCE* website testing ** *Key Responsibilities* Software Development Team Participation in an Agile Environment • Champion and lead initiatives to integrate QA into an existing software development team and process • Working with business users and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage • Coordinate across stake holders to prioritize defects; develop and communicate a resolution plan (release and time line) for each defect • Work with project managers to develop resource allocations and plan for the quality assurance parts of the development schedule and advise management proactively of any steps required to mitigate project/delivery risks during the execution phase • Participate in agile sprint planning Test Research, Planning, and Execution • Development of test plans and detailed functional and usability test cases for each deliverable of the software and project implementation services • Develop and maintain a repository of regression test cases and performance scripts • Analyze and write test standards, procedures and reports • Plan and prioritize test efforts and resolution of defects based on trade-off between severity of defect and change impact to committed release and delivery dates • Defect tracking and verification of resolution • Lead a testing efforts for e-commerce websites • Lead and delegate tasks to testers Issue Reporting and Follow-Up • Report project status, defects report and verification, and issue escalation in timely manner • Proactively report test results to management team • Publish test results and build metrics for management • Communicating with various team members and/ or divisions on researching issues/ defects or replicating issues/ defects *Experience Required* • 6+ years experience in Quality Assurance, 3+ years experience as a lead • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong core experience in various phases of end to end quality assurance including functional testing, usability testing, regression testing and performance testing • Experience acting as a QA lead in an agile development environment • Strong experience in interacting with clients/business units • Strong e-commerce website testing • Ability to travel to client site in Boston *Please share resumes with below details, which saves time...* Consultant full Name*: * Contact no.
