*Mandatory Qualifications:*
Minimum 4 years relevant experience in the following areas:

   - Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft
   applications using the following toolsets: Application Engine, Application
   Packages, Component Interface, SQR, Application Messaging, and XML;
   - Demonstrated experience implementing or maintaining applications using
   Oracle Database 10g or higher;
   - Thorough understanding of PeopleTools 8.53 or more, PeopleCode is a
   plus;
   - Demonstrated experience in an IT application development environment
   supporting a public pension system;
   - Demonstrated experience working in a team environment; and
   - Demonstrated experience working and collaborating with IT consultants.

*Desired Qualifications:*

At least seven (7) years of general applications development experience is
desired

· At least one (1) year of experience in developing and maintaining
PeopleSoft applications using the following skills and their toolsets:

· Integration Broker setup and Maintenance

· WSDL/Web Service Integration

· Experience with BI publisher is a plus

· Experience in PeopleSoft applications of HCM, Financials or CRM of 9.1 or
higher

· Excellent facilitation skills to bring parties together to develop
effective and efficient solutions;

   - Excellent knowledge transfer skills
   - Excellent oral and written communication skills
   - Excellent organizational skills
   - Ability to work independently




*Job Duties: *Under the direction of the Application Development
Supervisor, the Application Developer will work closely with the Team and
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

·         Develop and track progress against project plans, schedules and
events

·         Work with the Application Development Supervisor and Application
Development staff and the team to execute a work plan to meet the goals and
monitor progress to ensure that the project is completed successfully

·         Participate with Application Development staff in activities,
meet contractual obligations as agreed to by Project managers, report
project status to the Application Development Supervisor on a regular
basis, and respond quickly to management questions and concerns

·         Analyze and develop the System (PeopleSoft and other Oracle
products) using tools available (e.g., PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQL, SQR,
Unix Scripting, COBOL, Phire Architect or Stat) in coordination with
selected implementation vendor

·         Review vendor work products and take corrective action when
necessary

·         Work with vendors and the Application Development Supervisor to
manage efforts to explore and develop the functional business requirements,
processes and rules that will contribute to how the replacement system works

·         Work closely with Legacy and CIO staff to ensure that they are
consulted and understand the full impact of system application enhancements
as they relate to the Client environment

·         Work closely with the other Application Development staff and
vendor to coordinate data analysis, data mapping, data classification, data
conversion and data bridging activities in support of the phased rollout
plan

·         Assist the Application Development Supervisor in the review of
any change orders that are developed after performing a full cost/benefit
analysis of potential changes

·         Provide assistance to vendor-led development of a business
function help desk to assist business staff during functional roll-outs and
beyond

·         Participate in the collaboration among vendor, Business and
Application Development staff to communicate evolving business requirements
for work processes, detail design testing, training and roll-out; also,
assist in the design and implementation of a framework for managing the
capture, documentation and ongoing transfer of business knowledge
