*Sharepoint 2013, Designer, .Net, COMMUNICATION!!!!!!!  They will be
interacting with multiple users and will aslo be training users on the
tool.  Communication is key and must be able to interact with all levels of
the business effectively.  They will also need some administration in their
background as  they will be the sole resource in this rollout.  *



*What is the project?* We are replacing our intranet solution that we
created internally: we want a more functional intranet for employee’s needs
– this will be a universal need across the company. We will have 2 people
internally who will be doing a good deal of the development needed which is
“*outside of the bo*x”, we will need someone with a comprehensive enough
background to help them integrate it into SharePoint

*Who will they be reporting to?* They will report to our Project Manager,
she will be the one to make sure everything is on track and oversee this
project (candidate doesn’t need that PM experience)



·         SharePoint will not be our documents management library – only
using it to replace our intranet

·         must have experience with the newest version of SharePoint

·         Design layouts, workflows, and customization and deploy
SharePoint for internal use

·         must have advanced workflow development experience

·         Train our employees on how to use it: train in groups- simple
over view of the new system: The tools should be simple enough to figure
out on our own- nothing too complex

·         FMG will be integrated into this -we have an internal IT team
that will help to do that but they can’t do it on their own so this person
will help

·         Using Cloud based SharePoint

·         Education is not a hard requirement- must have good communication
skills, especially if they are not onsite.

·         Communication skills are important- being able to translate what
we are saying and our needs into the technical solution, able to interface
with our employees
