*Job Description:*
*Responsibilities:*
· Senior level Identity and Access Management engineer focusing
primarily on Identity Management including:
· Enterprise LDAP Directory.
· Meta Directory Replication.
· User and Access Provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
· Consulting with customers on how best to integrate with the
Identity Management solutions.
· Working with Architects to design and implement the future state
of the IAM solution.
· Strong knowledge of integration of Identity Management solutions
with Access Management solutions.
· Some off hours incident management responsibilities.
· Proactively manages and troubleshoots Identity Management
environment. Looks for opportunities to automate manual tasks for
continuous improvement.
· Works on multiple projects as a project leader or as a subject
matter expert.
· BONUS: Experience with Micro Focus Net IQ solutions.
*Qualifications:
*
· Passionate about continuously improving organizational security
practices.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant IT field.
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to
explain technical details in an easy to understand manner.
· Strong documentation practices.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Experience in Development / scripting languages such as Perl,
Ruby, etc.
· Team player. Ability to collaborate across team members and
other organizations.
· Strong security focus. Mindset and decisions from an Identity
Management perspective based in Security best practices.
· Experience with complex, distributed Identity and Access
Management environments.
· Ability to track and research changes within the information
security field and provide actionable intelligence.
· Communicate information security actions to technical and
non-technical staff from technician to executive leadership.
· Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project
timelines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong sense of personal accountability.
· Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly and
self-directed.
· Ability to communicate, develop and leverage strategic business
relationships across the organization and externally.
· Requires advanced technical and business knowledge.
