Hi,

I have an urgent requirement with one of my clients, details given below.

updated resume along with contact details. Please include your employer

*Job ID:*

*29846*

*Job Title:*

Pega Lead Business Architect

*Location:*

Boston, MA 02215

6 Months Contract

UHG United Health Group IT

Their Pega implementation is a mature implementation (about 5 years)

business process to come into line to optimize*

· They need to be able to think critically and help design business
and system processes

· They need to be very familiar with the Pega system (how can we
best leverage Pega functionality?)

**Think of a BA, but much stronger knowledge of both processes and Pega; sr
sr sr BA**

· Require Pega Certified Business Architect

· Can sit in Boston, Chicago, or Minneapolis, in that order of

· Not funded yet, still in compliance

· 6-month CTH

· Would consider contractors, but prefers CTH

*Words from the manager:*

"Also, I have found there are technical people like accomplished Pega CSSAs
and LSAs that apply for LBA positions. It is desirable to have people that
have some development background because they tend to know the product
capabilities better and they also tend to have better design skills. I also
find people such as this who play both business and system architect roles.
I think it is important to ensure that someone technical is not applying
for the LBA position just to gain employment. In other words, we need to
ensure that candidates have true motivation as well as ability to be LBA’s.
I often simply ask “if you were to pick one role or the other, LBA or
CSSA/LSA/Technical ”which role do you really prefer/enjoy, etc?” to ensure
they are forthright and we identify he best candidate we can."
