One of our client is urgently looking *PeopleSoft BA, *below is the Job description, please feel free to call me back at 410-525-5065. *Job title: PeopleSoft BA* *Location: Parsippany, NJ * *Duration: 12 months* *Note: Local Preferred* *Job Description: * · Perform analysis and daily functional support of the PeopleSoft Supply Chain modules and other non-Oracle applications that are of a high-level of complexity and business impact under minimal supervision. · Work closely with business personnel to understand and document the business requirements, and ensure that developed and purchased applications meet the business needs across the organization. *Duties and Responsibilities* · Provide day-to-day end-user application support as appropriate. · Elicit, document, and analyze assigned project’s business/functional requirements, process flows, and use case scenarios · Collaborate with the PMO, QA and development teams · Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts · Understand and follow established business process methodology, standards, procedures, and guidelines · Participate in or lead efforts to evaluate, select and justify third party software, vendors and/or service providers. · Lead business requirement gathering activities of moderate to high complexity and medium to large size to support team assignments and objectives *Professional Experience and Education* · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management Information Systems or related experiences · *8 years’ experience working with business users in a formal Business Analyst role* · *5 years’ experience supporting a complex manufacturing environment on PeopleSoft (preferred) or similar enterprise class ERP system* · *Industry experience in specific business and ERP modules in one or more major functional areas such as Order Management, Production Management, Supply Chain Management* · Certified Business Analysis Professional Certification or similar certification is a plus · APICS CPIM Certification · APICS CSCP Certification *Mitul Shukla* | *Email*: mitul.shu...@occamsparadigm.com |Team Lead - Human Capital Advisory |* Direct* +1 410.525.5065 | Facebook <https://www.facebook.com/OccamsParadigm> | LinkedIn <http://www.linkedin.com/groups/Occams-Paradigm-4603599> | Website <http://www.occamsparadigm.com/> This email communication may contain privileged and confidential information and is intended for the use of the addressee only.
