Overview:

Do you have a person (in Chicago) who knows to drive the development of a
separation (integration) playbook (minute by minute) across Business,
Operations and Technology? Who knows how to setup command centers and
command center processes and run the command centers. A senior person who
can drive and deal with multiple constituents in multiple locations. And
has done this before (more than once) in a Bank.



*Story of Project:*

   - Have someone not strong enough, waiting for things to happen, not
   taking advice, playbook out of sequence
   - Program/ Integration/ Acquisition
   - Migrational conversion
   - Create detailed activity plan for tech, ops, biz and CSA (Risk- roll
   out policies to bank) that acts as a bible to get through the integration
   60 days before and 30 days after
   - Bringing together all these people with this minute by minute activity
   plan
   - Putting in central command center to manage local centers that manage
   specific purposes. Going from 4 local to 8 and then putting in one central
   command center (use to explain to candidates)
   - Making sure incidents are running currently, issues are communicated
   appropriately
   - REPLICATING GE SYSTEMS IN IBM DATA CENTERS
   - Labor Day Weekend is their target for the migration- after that
   customers will not be on GE at all, all on IBM
   - i.e. finance example- truck lenders from GE systems to Bank systems it
   was a 1200 line playbook
   - Where are they in the project: they just put in governance structure
   to make detailed playbook, framework for playbook is established- at 400
   lines (pretty early stages) > going to 6,000 lines at the end
   - This person needs to be analytical, have strong program methodology
   (management, identify risk, dependencies of project etc)
   - Working between command centers in Toronto, Naperville, Danbury CT,
   Cedar Rapids, Montana
   - This person needs to be in Chicago or Naperville location

*Title/ Background:*

   - M A Program Manager, Release Manager, Integration manger, Conversion
   Playbook Manager
   - Banking or anything in finance would be good, need to have done this
   before- come in at this stage and taken across finish line (mergers and
   acquisitions)_There are a lot of financial terms so anything in finance
   would be preferred to get up to speed quickly
   - JC recommended Arthur J Gallagher, Stericycle and Hub International
   (not Hub Group) for companies that are doing acquisitions and are in
   insurance
