NEED:
The Oracle/SUN Identity Analytics Specialist will play a key role in
building out a scaleable infrastructure using OIA and Sun IdM for modeling,
automating, tracking and managing user access to applications and services
across the enterprise.
DESCRIPTION:
The project goal is to rapidly integrate 30 key business systems, using
Oracle Identity Analytics version 5.0.3, into a common, enterprise IAM
infrastructure to enable automated user certifications and account reviews,
comprehensive application entitlement reporting and immediate notification
of audit findings and segregation of duties violations. The qualified
candidate will be responsible for the overall installation, configuration
and migration of an existing Oracle Identity Analytics pilot project to
production. The qualified candidate should have recent hands-on experience
with Oracle Identity Analytics version 5.0.3 and have deployed the product
to address the automation and management of end-to-end access reviews,
entitlement remediation and compliance reporting in a large-scale,
distributed environment.
A candidate with a data analysis background is desired and technical
proficiency with data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) between
various data repositories and OIA is a must. The candidate should have
experience with compliance certification and reporting principles and have
been involved in at least one recent project where regulatory compliance was
a key driver. Candidate shall also have hands-on, technical knowledge in the
areas of:
- Oracle Identity Analytics version 5.0.3
- OIA development of ETL processes, certifications, workflows, policies,
events and custom reports
- General Identity and Access Management solution delivery
- Data modeling / data transformation / data cleansing techniques
- Familiarity with Sun Identity Manager version 8.x (must have this
too!!!!!!!!)
- Experience using OIA and Sun IdM for modeling. MUST show OIA
throughout resume as well!
- LDAP, Active Directory and Oracle RDBMS technologies
- IT Security / Compliance / Audit principles
- SOX, SAS70 and related regulations
- Project life-cycle methodologies
- SPML and Web Services integration with Sun Identity Manager
- Lotus Notes, Remedy and Mainframe integration
- Jasper Reports, Talend ETL, Oracle SQL and RSA Access Manager

Need to work with Marketing Sciences and Forecast Planning team to analyze
the syndicated data (Secondary market data) and prepare SAS datasets, Excel
files and presentations. Perform Market Research related analytical work
using both internal and external sales data.
