now called Flash Builder and is relatively new. Candidates need to have
hands-on experience in Flex 3 (Flex Builder)
- Flex specific items to cover with candidates. If they know most of
this, they are likely viable)
- Actionscript components utilizing the Cairngorm MVC library / design
pattern. (must have)
- event propagation
- Flex Event Model
- event objects, dispatchers, and listeners
- Strong vs. weak references.
- Deep Linking.
- Experience in the defined contribution, payroll, healthcare verticals
is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Candidates with a certification(s) is a plus.
- Clear communication skills (must have)
