• Experience in project management skills utilizing formal
methodologies, including change management, risk identification/mitigation,
issue escalation and status reporting.
• Experience with project managing projects that require
coordination between
organization units and across departments.
• Experience with project management tools
• Experience with CMM project methodologies
• Considerable knowledge of structured programming methodology and
techniques.
• Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations
and prepare clear and concise metrics graphs and charts.
• Ability to maintain records, prepare reports and correspondence
related to the work.
• Experience coordinating, planning and tracking projects.
• Experience with Software Development Life Cycle, SDLC
• Ability to recommend, design and prepare policy materials, operations
manuals, and supporting instructions in program/ project management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines working in a
collaborative working environment.
• High proficiency using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Access.
• Ability to evaluate, assess, plan, develop, and implement programs or
services.
• Ability to communicate effectively to various audiences, (including
facilitation) utilizing multiple media.
• Ability to maintain and support the team’s use of a number of tools.
• Demonstrated ability to develop processes, procedures, reports,
timelines, goals and objectives.
• Communicate "best practice" recommendations based on prior
experiences, and effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues caused by
unique client circumstances
• Consultative experience working on human resources, payroll, and
benefits related business solutions with large public sector clients
• Must have experience working on small, fast paced project teams.
• Superior customer service orientation and focus
• Excellent consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
• Must have excellent communication skills, strong business experience,

• Experience working with MS Office applications
