Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. - Translates detailed design into computer software. - Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to produce the required product. - Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. - Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency Duties: - Analyze and resolve client problems by providing in assistance to end-users when the help desk is unable to address their application issue(s). - Technical knowledge of the application as well as troubleshooting and customer contact skills are required. - Analyzes functional business application and design specifications. - Translates detailed design into computer software. Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to produce the required product. - Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency. - Provides production support including system administration and fulfillment of client requests.
