Max all inclusive Actual Job Title is CRM Support Analyst (Customer Relationship Management) and must have database management skills like an Oracle Analyst. Description of Duties & Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of this role as a CRM Systems Analyst is to provide support for CRM processes and tools. The candidate will support the Commercial Operations business groups in the analysis and implementation of business requirements in this area. Candidates must possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies as they are needed. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. This position will be required to provide primary support for the StayinFront (CRM) systems and processes, and 3rd level support for individual user issues. The candidate will: Work closely with key business users, technical support staff and external vendors to ensure correct information flow for CRM processes; Supports interfaces, data structures, data analysis/development and basic CRM system configuration; Serves as the communication channel between the business and the software vendor providing coordination for issues, clarifying business requirements, and developing technical specifications; Provides business analysis and consulting for enhancements & projects (including, but not limited to: understanding business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements, and leading small to medium enhancement projects); Expected to carry out daily work with minimal supervision. The initial contract will be thru the end of 2010 with the potential to extend one year. *The person will be expected to work at Bayer CropScience site in RTP, NC. Bayer CropScience will not pay any travel expenses so prefer local candidates.
