This position requires knowledge of SharePoint Architecture and a working knowledge of related technologies such as SQL Server, IIS and Active Directory. This position will be involved in transitioning the current MOSS 2007 environment to SharePoint 2010, migrating the current on premise environment to Microsoft's hosted BPOS Dedicated environment and implementing a Records Management strategy with SharePoint 2010, Office 2010 and Windows 7. Required Skills: * Two (2)+ years SharePoint experience. * SharePoint 2010 experience preferred. * Ability to architect a technical solution including detailed written/visual documentation with strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Technical skills required to customize the branding of SharePoint. * .NET, SharePoint and web (HTML, DHTML, CSS, etc.) development experience. * Ability to build custom web parts and deploy as solutions and/or features. * Ability to tailor SharePoint sites/lists/libraries/workflows to meet business requirements. * Basic level knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or 2008, IIS and Active Directory. * Basic understanding of SharePoint Workflows and InfoPath. * Knowledge in the administration, configuration, and customization of SharePoint (MOSS). * Knowledge in the customization of templates and development of new templates using feature stapling.
