·       Assist in the ERP Systems Project Management team talent selection
process.

·       Assist in establishing and maintaining the IT strategy for the HR
ERP system

·       Stay current on ERP product capabilities and trends.

·       Oversee the HR ERP system and related peripheral systems.

·       Enforce enterprise security policies and requirements

·       Enforce SOX Controls and support internal/external audit activities

·       Ensure teams/resources are in place for ongoing support and
development and implementation of day 1 – 180+ requirements.

·       Provide a leadership role in the implementation of the future state
HR applications

·       Development of strong working relationships with internal clients

·       Closely monitor and anticipate the needs of the business
