The project is specifically for the finance and billing team. Job Duties include but are not limited to: *Responsible for the detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of internally developed applications and externally purchased software products *Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) *Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs *Write detailed technical specifications for subsystems and identify integration points *Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming projects *Perform unit testing and debugging and set test conditions based on code specifications *Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle *Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine the integration approach *Review vendor research and gap analysis, make vendor recommendation to technical team and client Job Requirements: *Advanced experience programming using PL/SQL, Oracle 10G *Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies, database methodologies and system integration *Demonstrated experience with AIX Unix operating systems *Understanding of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures *PC Skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) *4+ years experience using SQL or similar query language *4+ years experience using debugging tools *4+ years experience using versioning tools (i.e., Clearcase) *Experience with RUP methodology and Rational tools is preferred *Bachelor’s degree in related business area or equivalent work experience Highly Preferred Experience/Knowledge: *Experience in Diamond core functionality *Experience with Diamond third party tools preferred (i.e., ClaimCheck, Optimizer, DRG Grouper, APC Pricer) *Billing system knowledge *Healthcare industry knowledge * * *Highly Preferred Experience/Knowledge:* *Experience in Diamond core functionality preferred *Experience with Diamond third party tools preferred (i.e., ClaimCheck, Optimizer, DRG Grouper, APC Pricer) *Billing system knowledge preferred *Healthcare industry knowledge preferred *Thanks & Regards*** *Anil babu * *Anblicks LLC 5055 Keller Springs Rd.
