Duration : 6 month RTH. * Required Skills : *Candidates should have worked on service applications and marketing applications. As a Siebel Senior Application Engineer, you will be responsible for working with Project and Customer teams to define, implement and support their Siebel initiatives. You will be involved in a range of activities including assessing customer needs, defining business processes/workflows, developing functional requirements, application configuration/administration, managing test plans, and post deployment support activities. This person will also provide implementation support for key business application goals and custom interfaces to support the delivery of comprehensive solutions. Daily activities will include resolving business and usability issues, identifying and driving end-user adoption, and facilitating communication within the internal teams, working closely with clients to define application metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping, and other integration requirements. *Essential Duties/Responsibilities* Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of enterprise wide systems across functional areas Analyze business requirements and develop detailed functional requirements, clearly stating project scope Act as liaison between business units and Project Team in all areas of support and enhancements. Interact daily with business units and business owners to understand business processes and key requirements, proactively work to resolve client issues Conduct analysis of systems specifications and use analysis / diagramming tools to represent business / technical processes Perform application configuration, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency Develop conversion and system implementation plans Recommend changes in development, maintenance and standards Train user personnel in the use of the system Identify current data gaps Prepare and perform data conversion requirements Define system interface requirements. Work directly and effectively with client implementation team. *Required Skills & Experience* Strong understanding of Out of Box Siebel Functionality and participated in user requirement sessions to map Business requirements to Siebel processes. Extensive experience in some of the various functional areas in Siebel including: Field Service Call Center Siebel Order Management (ePricer, eConfigurator) Siebel Service Working knowledge of key areas of Siebel - Configuration, Siebel EAI, eScripting, Workflow Processes, Actuate Reports, Assignment Manager, Application Administration Working and functional knowledge of Siebel Marketing. Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Detailed, organized, and results-oriented Demonstrated ability to manage user expectations effectively Assist with managing communications, monitor risks and issues, assist with development of mitigation plans and escalate for resolution as required Manage 3rd level production support for bug fixes and enhancements Experience with Siebel 7.8 or higher required (5+ years, including at least 1 Full Lifecycle Implementation). 8+ years experience in the field of Business Systems and IT Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment. Familiar with full project life cycle from requirements through deployment Strong understanding of systems and business processes.
