Location: Pleasanton or Walnut Creek, CA Length: 1 Year PeopleSoft Techno Functional Description: Systems Analysts study the overall business and information needs of an organization, in order to develop solutions to business and related technology problems. • Minimum Requirements: o 8+ years' proven experience with systems/process analysis in Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP implementations within (ePro, AP, GL and HR (Benefits and/or Benefits Admin) o BA or BS in business, health care or related field • Must Requirements: o Understand a wide range processes and business expertise including knowledge of troubleshooting issues, workflows, applications, policies,and standards. o Minimum of 8 years of Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP o Proven ability to access and analyze customer requests; advanced level software knowledge in software tools such as Captivate, Excel, Access,etc.; critical-thinking and analysis skills; proven history of exceptional customer service; advanced level communications and organizational skills.
