Job title:  *BA Lead #1-Performance Management*

Location: Either in Minneapolis, MN, or Boston, MA

Target rate of $50/hr on C2C

Need to have strong background in brokerage operations, specifically middle
office operations.

Experience with Equity trading platforms or portfolio reporting will get
these guys interviewed ASAP.

Here are the two different requirements I sent out last week for these
roles.

It looks like I am now in search of two distinct types of Lead Business
Analysts

*BA Lead #1-Performance Management*

They need to be highly experienced in activities around middle office
performance measurement, including portfolio performance, custom
benchmarking, as well as the calculations of the performance data.

In addition, they also need to have had some exposure to improving the
efficiency of downstream  data consumptions. Experience with GIM is also a
nice to have. (I have no idea what GIM is, but hopefully with have some
understanding soon)

*BA Lead #2-Equity Trading Systems*

They need to have a lot of experience (5+ years) inside of brokerage
operations either developing or enhancing equity trading systems. They
currently utilize LongView, so experience with that system is a nice to
have. Also, they need to be fully aware of the business process around such
as system as they may be tasked with managing business process enhancement
or gathering business rules around the system.

These roles are not for someone who has had one or two projects around the
brokerage arena but require in depth experience and knowledge around
brokerage middle office operations. Also, these are also lead roles, so Sr.
BAs who had not had significant (3+ years) of lead experience will not be
considered.
