Position:UAT tester

Required:



The following is a description of specific Services that the UAT Tester will
perform, including Milestones and related due dates (if applicable):

Our Client  will provide a team of five to seven UAT Analysts who will
provide the following services for the SIR application as identified below:

STRONG SQL SKILLS ARE MANDATORY FOR THIS ASSIGNMENT!!!!!

Quality Center/Clear Case

TOAD

Ab-Initio "would be helpful to parse data"

oConduct business analysis of the application including:

oCollect and review all existing Business Requirements, Business Process
Maps, Functional Requirements, Technical and Design Specifications.

oReview current application development, configuration management and
quality control processes.

oConduct interviews of SIR application Subject Matter Experts and capture
business and testing knowledge.

oProvide User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

oDevelop test plan

oDevelop SQL database queries for extracting test data

oManual UAT test case development and execution

oDefect tracking and reporting

oDocumentation of test plan and test results

oMaintaining testing artifacts and storing testing evidence.

oDevelop a transition plan for providing testing managed services. (See
Section 5: Key Project Deliverables and Acceptance Criteria for transition
plan details.)



Workers assigned to perform Services under this Statement of Work must be
citizens or lawful permanent residents of the United States.  5-7 years of
overall Testing or SME experience with MBS applications with at least 5+
years of experience working on large cross functional applications and
projects. Fannie Mae experience is strongly desired. Freddie Mac experience
is a plus. Mortgage backed securities experience is a strong plus. Strong
analytical and project management skills, including the ability to interpret
customer business needs and work with technical staff to translate them into
application and operational requirements.



- Strong ability to understand and represent high level technical
capabilities.  General understanding of technical applications and systems.



- Strong experience with testing methodologies. Ability to adapt to a newly
implemented SDLC

STRONG Communication skills.

Create test plans, requirements, scenarios and test data for use during
functional testing and UAT.

Develop and execute functional/system test plans in a multi-tiered
environment.

Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the business process which
drives the application development and releases.

Participate in requirements reviews, design reviews, and change control
activities.

Define and specify the implementation of standards, industry best practices,
methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating application
development.

Stress testing and planning

Superior documentation skills

Strong UAT experience (This is due to the fact applications are extremely
complex)

Must be familiar with industry tools for functional and acceptance testing



Areas that are not within the scope of this project include:

•Documenting application requirements or design

•Application development or maintenance

•Test environment development and maintenance

     •Configuration management





Desired:

Mortgage Backed Securities experience, Financial experience. Working with
complex systems with little to no documentation.
