*Job duties include but are not limited to the following:** Responsible for leading the detail design documentation, development, unit testing and maintenance of internally developed applications Write code for system designs that span platforms Code to and create Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) Write code for enhancing existing programs or developing new programs Write detailed technical specifications for applications and identify integration points Estimate project timelines and resources required to complete programming projects Supports application throughout the Product Development life cycle Coordinate with areas for integration architecture solutions and determine the integration approach Review vendor research and gap analysis, make vendor recommendation to technical team and client* *Job Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 8 or more years of related work experience 1 or more years of experience in a technical lead role Experience programming using ASP.Net, C# language Experience with JavaScript Experience using TFS versioning and build tools Experience using Web Service debugging tools Knowledge of interfacing PL/SQL stored procedures with web application Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle, product development methodologies, database methodologies and system integration Knowledge of coding design and documentation protocol as well as unit testing, change management and release procedures Experience with Flowcharting tools PC Skills* *.NET Extensive Experience 8-10 yrs** ASP.NET <http://asp.net/> Extensive Experience 8-10 yrs JavaScript Working Experience C# Working Experience* *Other Skills:** Additional Preferred Skills: Healthcare Industry knowledge Experience using PL/SQL and Oracle Experience with AJAX Experience with Unix operating systems Experience extending Microsoft Controls DMT, SSPT, and CAWS are BCBSF applications on the Diamond system.
