1. SharePoint 2007 (MOSS 2007) experience - at least 3 years
2. InfoPath Forms development on MOSS 2007 - 3 years minimum
3. Microsoft .NET and C# development experience - 5 years minimum
4. ASP.NET development experience - 5 years minimum
5. Web services and XML - 3 years minimum
6. Visual Studio 2005/2008 onwards
7. SharePoint Administration & Installation experience a plus.
