Day to day responsibilities:

   - Work with customers and internal team members to build out the
   framework for 2 major customer projects as well as smaller projects with
   multiple clients.
   - Work with the end client to gather requirements for the applications
   that are being developed.
   - Design/ Build out the framework for SharePoint Solutions.
   - Manage expectations of end client and manage customer satisfaction.
   - Presentations from time to time for requirements or client updates.
   - Ensure development is meeting code, documentation and test quality
   goals.
   - Required skills:
   - Experience as a hands on .Net Developer preferably with some type of
   CMS or e-commerce applications
   - Experience in a client facing role, account management, client
   satisfaction role (former consulting company person)
   - Great verbal and written comm. Skills and presentations skills
   - Experience with requirements gathering and managing client expectations
   - 1-2 Years SharePoint Experience

*Company Description:  *Our customer currently has a shortage of expertise
around SharePoint.  They have one senior SharePoint resource that is the
sounding board for all SharePoint projects when it comes to design and
builds.  The manager needs another Sr. SharePoint Architect to collaborate
on projects and ways to frame out websites.

*Day to day responsibilities:*

·         Work with customers and internal team members to build out the
framework for customer projects.

·         Work with internal management team and team members to look across
customers current solutions and advise them on best practices relating to
SharePoint.

·         Mentor junior team members around SharePoint

·         Work with the end client to gather requirements for the
applications that are being developed.

·         Architect and Design/ Build out the framework for SharePoint
Solutions.   Architect & build site from ground up.

·         Manage expectations of end client and manage customer satisfaction

·         Presentations from time to time for requirements or client updates

·         Ensure development is meeting code, documentation and test quality
goals.

·         Monitor development to ensure it is meeting quality, test and
design guidelines.

·         Have a thorough understanding of the deliverables, requirements,
risks and mitigation plans

*Biggest Technical Challenge: *Finding a Sr. Architect that’s designed with
.Net and built SharePoint from the .Net model.

Required skills: *Experience as hands on .Net Architect/Lead with SharePoint
experience*

·         Experience as a technical team lead

·         Experience in a client facing role, account management, client
satisfaction role (former consulting company person)

·         Experience in Agile, test-driven development and QA lifecycles

·         Great verbal and written comm. Skills and presentations skills

·         Experience with requirements gathering and managing client
expectations
