Should have played a Business Analyst for . Very strong communication, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills. . Follow a well structured and holistic mode of operation. Able to get stakeholder buy-in on information needed to start, BA approach and activities needed to succeed. . Proven track record of delivering BA artifacts with high quality, high customer satisfaction, on-time, on-budget and within scope. . Experienced in the analysis of complex initiatives in a global environment with key stakeholders sitting co-located and remotely in different time zones. . PC application knowledge. . Experience with vendor selection and package implementations, especially insurance and reinsurance administration systems. .
