6-8 Years of experience 


Necessary Skills 

:

*       Excellent communication skills and be able to work with different
business users across the globe.
*       Must have worked on and have business understanding of the Order-To-
Cash cycle.
*       Production support experience is desirable
*       Strong Expertise on following mainframe tools/technologies

Ø  COBOL

Ø  CICS (Strong knowledge required)

Ø  VSAM (Strong knowledge required)

Ø  IBM utilities

Ø  JCL

Ø  DYL280 (would be handy)

*       Need to have working experience on development/maintenance of a
project using mainframes
*       Should be capable to debugging large Jobs/processes quickly to
identify the root cause.
*       Quick turnaround to fix the Job failures.
*       Should have service oriented and customer focused job
experience.
*       Experience with Call Management tools like Remedy.
